Job description

Our client sells all kinds of decorations, office equipment through various stores in Belgium and Luxembourg, but also a lot through their website. They are looking for a warehouse employee for their company in Temse that makes paper tablecloths and napkins.

As a warehouse employee you receive drivers, organize the receipt and dispatch of goods and do the first quality control.
This quality control includes checking the packaging and product specifications, but also checking the delivery documents and supplier agreements.
You register incoming and outgoing means of transport (containers, pallets,...)
You load and unload or assist where necessary.
You register all goods flows via scanning.
You ensure that the goods both incoming and from the production lines to the right locations.
You supply the machines according to a schedule
You pick, pack and prepare orders for shipping.
You actively ensure order and cleanliness in your working environment.

Job requirements

  • You have 3 years of logistics experience.
  • You have a certificate for forklift and/or reach truck.
  • You have at least a basic knowledge of PC (outlook, excel)
  • You work accurately and orderly.
  • You are stress-resistant and flexible in terms of tasks.
  • You give top priority to safety.
  • You are communicative and sufficiently assertive.
  • You are able to re-stack goods at times.
